The OET preparation course at Leaders Training Centre develops the language and communication skills needed in real clinical environments. Training targets Listening, Reading, Writing (referral & discharge letters) and Speaking (role‑plays) using authentic healthcare scenarios from hospitals and clinics.
On day one, candidates are assessed and placed at the right level. Each level combines guided practice, feedback, mock tests, and strategy sessions so progress is measurable and aligned to OET band requirements.
Leaders Training Centre was established in 2019 and delivers tailored training across Accountancy, Health & Safety, Management, and Languages. Our approach combines experienced faculty, small class sizes, and structured resources to ensure measurable learner outcomes.
We collaborate with international and local organisations for corporate trainings and maintain long‑term client partnerships based on consistent quality and service.
Each level provides ~25 guided hours with targeted preparation for all OET modules:
Delivery is face‑to‑face with experienced trainers, supported by e‑learning resources and after‑class help.
We offer extensive classroom training with real‑world practice and personalised feedback. Small class sizes ensure more speaking time and individual guidance for each learner.
Role‑plays and letters built around authentic clinical scenarios and terminology.
Timed module mocks with targeted feedback mapped to OET assessment criteria.
Modular structure and weekend classes suitable for shift workers.
25+ guided hours per pathway with all four modules covered.
Email and WhatsApp communities keep practice going between sessions.
Model letters, vocabulary banks, and listening/reading drills.
