Entry level for newcomers and cross-functional managers. Five core modules (18 credits total) introduce procurement, operations, stakeholders, technology, and inventory/logistics.
Build confidence and employability. Four core modules (24 credits) + one elective (6 credits) covering environments, ethics, contract admin, team dynamics, and logistics.
The main entry to Diploma route. Eight core modules (60 credits) including scope/influence (12 cr), commercial contracting, negotiation, supplier relationships, asset management, and practice.
Emphasis on risk, contracts, legal implications, and performance. Five core modules (42 credits) + three electives (18 credits). Leads to Associate Member grade on completion.
Strategic leadership, global policy, and complex problem-solving. Four core modules (42 credits) + three electives (18 credits). Final step before applying for MCIPS Chartered.
Complete Diploma (L4) → Advanced Diploma (L5) → Professional Diploma (L6). Apply to upgrade to MCIPS Chartered on completion.
